Jennifer Tinsley is the owner of FIELD Botanicals, an indie skincare and beauty store located in downtown Augusta, Georgia.
After leaving a government job of 19 years, Tinsley embarked on the journey of starting her own business. She joined theClubhou.se to connect with a community of small business owners and entrepreneurs like herself, and to benefit from the business development programs offered by theClubhou.se Academy, designed to help new entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
As a long-time vegan, Tinsley faced challenges in finding plant-based skin and beauty care. This led her to spend two years earning multiple diplomas and certifications in Organic Skincare Formulation from Formula Botanica. Driven by her passion and the quest for vegan formulas, Tinsley began crafting her own plant-based skincare products in her kitchen. In 2018, she launched FIELD Botanicals, her vegan skincare store, which has seen tremendous growth since its inception. FIELD Botanicals offers a diverse range of vegan, cruelty-free, plant-based products from over 40 indie brands nationwide.
Tinsley emphasizes the uniqueness of FIELD Botanicals, stating, "At FIELD, you won't find mainstream, corporate brands or MLMs. We maintain high ingredient standards, ensuring our products are free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, petrochemicals, and animal products." She is dedicated to educating customers and helping them find personalized skincare and personal care routines that suit their needs.
